Business Plan Development Training Program Session on "Operating for Success & Management Leadership" by Dr. Saqib Yousaf was held on 11th December, 2017 at SSBC ground floor hall, CIIT, Islamabad. The objective of the session was to instruct enrolled students about the importance of leadership. Leadership is setting a new direction or vision for a group that they follow, i.e.: a leader is the spearhead for that new direction. Management controls or directs people/resources in a group according to principles or values that have been established. The SSBC enrolled students of batch III attended the session.
